Good deeds do pay off...

At work my boss decided to institute a new policy; if you don't get at least 5 sales in a week your pay gets cut. Now by Thursday I had 7 and I was on my way to 8 and an extra hundred for the week. Now my boy works there and he only had 1 at that moment but hes been killing it for a while and hes just going through a little slump; I went through the same slump but my pay didn't get decreased. I thought it was unfair to cut his pay for the same slump I went through and my pay didn't get cut. So the manager comes up to me and was like we can start the new policy this week or next week but keep in mind if we do your going to get screwed out of a 100 extra dollars this week. I said it's fine I would take the hit just so everyone else in the office doesn't get fucked. But when it was pay day the owner came up to me and said that was a really nice thing you did for everyone so I'm going to give you the money anyway. I felt good about it because good deeds do produce a return for you, even if your not looking for anything. Just goes to show you not everyone is piece of shit. And on a workout note rowing machines are awesome to help you get in shape. I'm still going but I only lost 1 pound in the last 2 weeks but .5 inch off my stomach. I must be doing something right, hope everyone out there is as well. Good luck and enjoy this beautiful Sunday.

Well it's been quite some time but I'm back!

I'm not only back to writing my blog but I'm back on track to becoming the thinner me. Life has been hectic for the past couple of months working two jobs; a sales job and a part time job as a Michael's employee. I was down on myself for a short time but seeing one of my best friends who has never thought about working out actually go out and hit the gym for 3 hours a day has given me an added boost to start my workouts again. Life is tough but you have to get up when you fall and sometimes you need some added motivation and my boy brought that to the table. We live two different lives now and I barely see him but when I do I feel happy for him and I wanted to feel that way about myself. So I'm back and I'm here to shed 62 pounds and get down to 180lbs. First mission now that I've started doing my little workouts is quit cigarettes so I can have extra funds to pay for a gym membership. Then once I'm at a gym, the sky's the limit for me. Goodnight and good luck everyone, we can do this!!!!!!
