Snow again?????
Well it snowed again on Long Island and frankly I'm not too happy. We've had about 36 inches in the past 3 weeks - which is a lot for my neck of the woods. Any-who, I did my 30 minutes on the stair stepper. Then I had to shovel out my house, which I personally feel is a decent exercise. I currently lost 2 pounds and 4 inches off my waist since I've been measuring for the last two weeks. Also if you don't eat past 8 p.m. and eat 5 small meals that are spread out through the day; you should be fine. Just stick with it like I am, we can do this!!!!! More workout music that helps to get you pumped and videos of my progress will be posted within the next two weeks. Stay tuned...

Ya its better to have more small meals than to have few large meals because small meals gets digested properly and due to which there is no fat accumulation in the body. With the exercise the diet should also be controlled so that you loose some weight.
