Greetings friends...

I know what it's like to be overweight, I am still overweight. Two years ago I achieved my life-long goal, weight loss. I weighed 260lbs at my heaviest and two years ago I got down to 199lbs. Sadly, I have fallen back into bad habits. My weight loss routine is easy if you consider the following to be enjoyable: never eat past 8, do 40 minutes of cardio (of course you should work your way up to that amount), utilize two dumbbells for 10 min and have an inversion table or do a lot of sit-ups. In numerous upcoming articles, I'll be writing my ideas on how to help people fight their weight. I'll discuss my workout routine and eating habits as I move along in my search for weight loss once again.   2. Well I am one of those people Regaine. I know how it feels to lose the weight and sadly, I know what its like to gain it back. Its important to remember that when your working out it should take longer then 2 weeks.
